New 8 Spruce Resident App

If you did not receive a registration link via email or have encountered any issues, please reach out to our dedicated team at 8spruce@beamliving.com or stop by the management office on the 7th Floor.

Bike Storage Audit

Our bike storage is an extra amenity that comes with a monthly fee. If you’re currently storing your bike in this area and we do not have your registration and you do not have a valid sticker to use this room, please remove it as soon as possible. Beginning this month, weekly audits will be conducted specifically looking for the stickers to be displayed. All bikes without the proper stickers will be removed from this area and disposed of. If you are interested in obtaining information about our bike storage, please reach out to us at 8spruce@beamliving.com. Our team will be happy to assist with all the information and fees associated with this amenity.

Windows

We kindly ask all residents to please ensure that all of your windows are properly secured with the handles and that the pin itself is also locked in place. The pin can be found underneath the handle that will fully close and lock the window. Should you need any assistance with the pin or if you would like our service team to show you the operation of the windows, please enter a service request through Building Link and we’ll be happy to assist.

LED Lighting

We're pleased to announce that we have completed the 9th floor mockup. All common areas will soon have upgraded, energy-efficient light fixtures. The new fixtures have energy-efficient controls to help reduce carbon emissions—the equivalent of planting 61,000 trees over 10 years. The full building-wide schedule will follow in the next few weeks.

GOOD NEIGHBOR REMINDERS

Key Fobs: As a friendly reminder, we ask that all of our residents carry their own key fobs when transporting themselves in and out of the community. Our common areas at 8 Spruce, including all elevators, have a fob reader where you must have your key fob handy in order to gain access to the specific amenity/elevator. If you are currently experiencing any issues with your key fob, please reach out to us at 8spruce@beamliving.com.

No Smoking: Remember 8 Spruce is a non-smoking building, no exceptions.
