Water Shutdown Notification

 

 

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that there will be an overnight water shutdown on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to allow our team to complete critical repairs and upgrades to the building’s domestic water system.

What You Need to Know:

      • Date & Time: The water will be shut off from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on October 28th to minimize disruption.
      • During this time, there will be no access to domestic water throughout the building, including sinks, showers, toilets, and laundry appliances.
      • Fire protection systems will remain fully operational and are not affected by this shutdown.
      • Once water service is restored, we recommend running your sinks and showers for at least 10 minutes to flush out any sediment that may have entered the system. You may notice temporary discoloration (e.g., brown or cloudy water); this is normal and should clear shortly after flushing.

These upgrades include the installation of pressure-reducing valves and important compliance updates, which require a full shutdown of the domestic water system to complete safely and effectively.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to improve your building’s infrastructure.
