Notice: Planned HVAC, Hot Water, and Electrical Service Interruption
Mandatory maintenance on the building’s HVAC system is scheduled for Friday, April 10, from 9am - 5pm and will temporarily affect services. Please refer to your notice for details on how this will impact your residence.
Residents will receive complimentary breakfast (coffee, sandwiches, pastries), lunch (sandwiches and green juices) in the 7th Floor Drawing Room, along with access to all amenities for the day.
What You Need to Know:

- Date & Time: Friday, April 10, from 9am - 5pm.

Impacted Services - Floors 1 – 15: HVAC will be temporarily unavailable.

Impacted Services - Floors 16 – Penthouse: HVAC, hot water, and electricity will be temporarily unavailable. Cold water will remain available, with reduced water pressure.

Elevators: Elevator service will be available.

Fire safety systems: Fully operational.

Accommodations: Residents will have access to all amenity spaces to use as needed. Breakfast and lunch will be available in the 7th Floor Drawing Room on the day of the outage. Residents without hot water service will have bottles of water available to them.

Bottled Water: Residents on Floors 16 - PH can contact the concierge for a delivery of water to their residence or pick it up from Lobby.
