To follow the New York State and New York City’s idling regulations, we have implemented the Idle Reduction Policy in May 2026 to minimize the environmental impact of idling on air quality and occupants’ health. This policy is designed to reduce unnecessary vehicle idling at 8 Spruce Street, contributing to a healthier environment for residents, employees, and the surrounding community.

An emergency gathering location plan is designed to accommodate residents and occupants according to the assigned building in the event of a building evacuation, while maintaining a clear and security destination for our community to evacuate when instructed by authorities and building management.
