Share your love for 8 Spruce and for every friend you refer that moves in, you'll both get a rent credit. You can refer as many friends as you like. Email us below with the name of the person you are referring and their contact info. If they sign a lease we'll pay you both!

Refer a friend who moves into a 3-bedroom unit and you'll receive a $500 rent credit and they'll receive a $2,500 rent credit.

 

Refer a friend who moves into a 2-bedroom unit and you'll receive a $500 rent credit and they'll receive a $2,000 rent credit.

 

Refer a friend who moves into a studio or 1-bedroom unit and you'll receive a $500 rent credit and they'll receive a $750 rent credit.
