Effective tomorrow, November 11th we will be extending the current GC promotion for lease start dates through 11/30:

- Studios - $1,000 GC
- 1 Beds - $2,000 GC
- 2 Beds - $2,500 GC
- 3 Beds - $2,500 G

In addition, we increased the aged unit GC promotion on the following apartments:

Free WiFi and Cable ($2,045 in savings)

- For new residents on select units only; property transfer leases are not eligible for this incentive.
- Up to 600 Mbps internet, including modem and Wi-Fi router.
- Premier TV with 400+ channels, including MSG, SNY, YES, Fox Sports, BBC America, Food Network & More. Showtime & The Movie Channel included.

Reduced Security Deposits

- Act now for reduced security deposits as low as $1,000 for qualified applicants. Contact us for details.

Additional details:

- To qualify for these promotions, (1) a new lease for the apartment must be signed and (2) first month’s rent must be paid for the apartment.
- Gift card rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of receiving the e-gift card or the reward code will expire. Once activated, your prepaid reward will expire after 6 months. You must use within 6 months. Unredeemed or unused amounts will be forfeited if not actioned within the timeframes above.
- Offers only valid for new residents and do not apply to current residents that are transferring on property, as-is leases, or apartments that rent through the affordable housing program.
